"Best surgery I've had"

I use the surgery a lot for myself and my young daughter. The reception staff are the strongest asset of the surgery - always available to talk, they listen and most importantly are polite and treat you with respect. It's shocking how other doctors surgeries don't ensure this is the standard practice. Trowbridge are fantastic for this. I can nearly always get an appointment quickly. My only negative feedback is the inconsistency of doctors I've seen (several) and that I have to be quite forthcoming with suggestions for tests (e.g. to get a thyroid test, which would explain a lot of issues I've been having). But with GPs as stretched as they are nowadays this isn't surprising. All doctors have been kind and patient with me and never made me feel rushed. The nurses are also very nice.
