I visited a and e recently with a problem which was causing deep concern.As there was not a doctors surgery in our village on saturdays there was no other place to go.The doctors and other clinical staff were very kind and dealt with the problem,taking the time and trouble to carry out quite a few tests.These took a little time but they were being thorough.I left the department feeling reassured and happy with their excellent care.
