"Grantham cardiology outpatients"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

Staff were very welcoming & kind, more than happy to help & answer any questions. Doctor was very helpful & reassuring, listened to our concerns & answered questions. Hospital was clean. Only criticism is about parking (outside company). When paying, machine indicated that change was given, in fact it produced a voucher that has to be taken to Lincoln to claim change of 30p. To do this would incur travel costs & a parking fee!

Thank you for sharing your story about our cardiology team which I have shared with them this morning.

In relation to the car parking issues, our facilities team are currently working with our external car parking provider to get the issue resolved around change and the issuing of voucher at Grantham Hospital.

Thank you for passing on my comments to the staff involved with my recent appointment. Thank you also for taking the time to explain the situation regarding the parking machine problems. I look forward to learning that this problem has been solved.
