"Special place , special care and simply the best place ever!"

About: St Lukes Hospice

(as a relative),

When somebody you care about is seriously ill’ you want to know  they're getting the  best possible care and treatment - then come to St:Lukes, The building  and the gardens are beautiful and so well maintained ,  The reception staff  are so welcoming,

My sister had been in and out of hospital and  came to St Lukes for end of life care.
As a family it was the best decision ever in moving her to St Lukes.
Thank- you St Lukes  for the wonderful care, compassion  and dignity she was shown  by all the staff .The support and kindness shown to our family and friends was heartfelt by everyone  we met.
A special thank- you to some of the staff - Dr Sara, Dr Claire, Martin, 
Rachel , Tracey and al the nursing staff  caring for her during the day and night.
Jackie and Stella  -thank you both for the support you gave us - you do an amazing job looking after everyone you meet.
You are a special team making sure  that you support patients and their loved  ones to make every moment count .

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience on Care Opinion. We value your feedback

We are pleased that you feel that we give the best possible care and treatment here at St Luke's and that the building are grounds are well maintained. The gardeners and reception staff are made up of a team of volunteers and will pass on your comments to them.

I will thank all of the staff on your behalf for the care, compassion and dignity that your sister was shown and the kindness which was extended to family and friends.
