Community podiatry service.
Appointment came out of the blue. Have been calling every day for a week to change appointment (My child is sick and has appointments at same time). Nobody ever answers phone, GP unable to help, Reception at Hillside took two messages or wouldn't help. Will be forced to miss an appointment (and will be discharged without having been seen) because it is impossible to contact the service. In 2019, this is bewildering. How is it so hard to make an appointment I can actually attend?
