"Always been ok till last week"

I phoned up last Friday to see if I could have a call back with a doctor as my blood pressure was really high , the receptionist said yes and I asked when she just replied I don’t know so I waited and waited and 6.30 came after phoning at about 3.45 but the surgery had shut so I didn’t get no advice which made my blood pressure even higher , I don’t usually have this trouble or any problem with the foctrs at all usually i do recommend them still , I have emailed the surgery to see what went wrong but no correspondence at the moment

Market Surgery would like to apologise for the experience encountered. I have established that an incorrect number was given to the GP by our receptionist resulting in the GP being unable to contact you back. The patient has been contacted to discuss the matter and for the issue to be addressed to the patients satisfaction. Once again please accept our apologies for the error.
