I would like leave an honest review of my experience with the mounts crisis team, my partner who has admitted is having auditory and visual hallucinations and extreme paranoia has taken all his courage to admit he needs help and has started the process with the crisis team, as this is all new to him he is very confused and can not explain things luckily I work in mental health so I am able to relay information back to the team, I contacted the team with some feedback and how best to help my partner I was talking to a nurse on the team and have never in my years of working in this sector come across some one so rude and some one not willing to listen or show no compassion at all, and even proceed to laugh at me, unfortunately due to my partners paranoia the phone was on loud speaker and he heard her laughing and being rude this has had a massive impact as he believes the whole team are now laughing at him and immediately his auditory hallucinations appeared this has had a detrimental affect on his mental health well being and his recovery impacted on his paranoia and broke his trust which is a massive deal. I am utterly disgusted
