"Breast unit - the doctor - one stop excellent..."

I attended the Worcestershire breast unit today for the first time. GP referral and 3 working days later I had an appointment. What seems to be a newly built unit. Free parking which is unheard of, and although I’d happily pay it, it made the whole process a lot less stressful when you are worried about the appointment.

The receptionist was excellent and the waiting area was calm. I soon went in to see the doctor who was friendly and very professional. I had an ultrasound there and then which was unexpected. I presumed I’d have to come back for that if required (as like previous breast appointments). Reassurance from the doctor and the scan results. What an excellent service. Thank you
