i have just gone def and have ear wax that needs to be removed and have condition a plastic anaemia having no immunity and need the wax removed could get sepsis but hospital need a referral by the doctor no appointments till 22 august its so bad receptionist says go to the pharmacy if you need it done quick found out its £60

Having checked with clinicians, we can confirm that the appointment offered was appropriate for the condition explained on the telephone.

On that basis, you were offered a routine appointment and unfortunately, we do not have the clinical capacity to see all patients on the date that they would prefer.

Were the circumstances to change then we would recommend that you contact the practice again but in the meantime, you have been signposted to alternative providers.

Of note, we often advise patients to attend the Pharmacist for treatments and they will advise further on the options available.
