"They really cared"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

My wife had to spend some time, 10 days, in the endoscopy department at the Cannock Chase and as you can imagine we were anxious and worried about what they would find.  

Just wanted to say that from the receptionist to the consultant everyone was exceptional, professional and we felt really looked after. We felt so at ease there with everyone being so kind and reassuring. After the operation we were told the results - which was good news so nothing to worry about and the lovely nurse came up to me and gave me a reassuring hug.  

I cannot speak highly enough about them they really cared.

Would like to thank everyone and wish I had taken all of your names to thank you. Keey and Dr Kumar and all the staff thank you so much.
