Telephone service is useless, I have never got through even after two hours on hold. Doctor did not ask about my family history before prescribing me a medication which I later found out could have been very dangerous to take if I had inherited a condition which runs in my family. On multiple occasions my repeat prescription has not come through to the pharmacy and I have been without my medication for days while the pharmacist tried to get through to the practice, which has meant suffering sever withdrawal symptoms from SSRIs.
