"My personal journey"

I was referred to Working Win at Zest Community Center late last year. I was lacking in confidence, suffering panic attacks and not sociable at all.

From the start I was made to feel very welcome and put at ease, no pressure at any time was put on me and I really started to looking forward to my weekly meetings and found that my confidence grew and grew.

I can't thank the team enough for all their efforts especially Sally who has been my crutch from day one. There has been tears and laughter, realistic goals set and confidence building tasks which have given me my life back.
