About: Ninewells Hospital / Xrays and scans

(as a service user),

Was there today  with my sister for her c t scan. While waiting for patient transport lift home, the very kind receptionist gave us tea, coffee & biscuits while we waited. This gesture was very much appreciated. We don't know his name , he was on duty at 11.50 when we arrived and was there when we left around 1.20pm

Please thank him for this kindness. It left us praising 9 wells for the extra care & attention we were given. 

We hope this email will be passed on to his senior boss !!

The new research c t unit is beautiful and the calm atmosphere is helpful when patients are anxious about having a scan. Thank you for passing on my thanks to the receptionist who was so kind.
