I just wanted to say how lovely my experience has been with Barton house. I recently moved to the area and I had a fall so I needed to see a doctor urgently. I phoned up and spoke with the lovely Debiah who only wanted to find a solution to help me. She said I could sign up as a temporary registrant for the time being and get seen by a doctor that day. I then came into the practice and there was a very beautiful positive feeling to this practice. 

I then received a call off of Dr Chapman who  was also very friendly welcoming and again just wanted to help! The service is like nothing I have ever experienced with my previous doctors. So I felt it was important to sing their praises! I will most definitely be registering at this doctors for the future. Very happy with the service. 

From my experience it was the people who made the difference.

Thank you very much for your very positive comments. I think they are particularly appreciated by the reception team who often have a challenging job to do. I hope that we will be able to maintain this level of service in the future.
