On 14/7/19 I attended Helston Minor Injuries after being pulled over by my friends, very large labrador, sustaining an injury to my wrist.
I was seen quickly and the staff were efficient, caring and friendly.
I could not have wished for better treatment.
I also noticed how nice staff were to everyone who attended whilst I was there.
As there are no X Ray facilities at Helston, the nurse who assessed me referred me on to Penzance Hospital as she suspected a fracture.
she gave me advice and the HCA put a sling on my arm to make me more comfortable.
A friend drove me to Penzance and as soon as I presented myself there, the Receptionist knew immediately who I was.
Could not fault my treatment.
It would be a good idea to have X Ray facilities at Helston Minor Injuries Unit though.
"Excellent service"
