About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology Outpatients

(as the patient),

I had Cardio version at Forth Valley Hospital. I want to say the staff in Cardiology day care are very attentive and caring especially Leanne and Julie. I was put a ease right from the start, Leanne was with me the whole time we had a few laughs along the way which eased the process. The other staff that came to do the cardio version and the students who came to watch where very caring.   I would like to thank them for all there help.

Thanks for your feedback about your cardioversion. It's lovely to hear you and the staff were able to share a few laughs during what must have been an anxious time. Leanne and Julie are part of our fantastic team and they'll be delighted to hear that they were able to put you at ease.

Thank you for helping us train the next generation of healthcare workers by permitting students to be involved in observing your procedure. It's good to hear you found them caring. I know they'll have got a lot out of being involved in your care.

I'll pass on your thanks to all the team members including the anaesthetic staff who work closely with us to provide the cardioversion service. Thanks again for getting in touch.
