"Wonderful staff in the Oral and Maxillofacial..."

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team I saw in the Oral and Maxillofacial Department this morning.

I had been seen initially on Monday and was in for the treatment 4 days later.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient and I was seen very quickly.

I went in for a small biopsy.

All staff were friendly and polite.

Their kindness and care made me feel at ease.

I was nervous as the tissue was being removed from my nose.

They reassured me, explained everything that was going to happen in detail and answered all my questions.

I arrived early and was seen earlier than my appointment, and though they said it would take 45 minutes I was in and out in about 20.

The doctor was kind enough to have found a smaller biopsy cutter to remove as little as possible, and used a fine needle to make the stitches.

Beautiful handiwork and I’m sure there will barely be a scar once it’s all healed.
