Been a patient here as long as I can remember,

The best ever service in Romford. We can hardly find any defect.

The staff in Reception are very excellent.

Some doctors trying to bring discomfort for the patient and disrepute to the surgery.

Treating patient to learn deaf and dumb sign language to treat Laryngitis and tonsillitis or viral throat infection without giving medicines. Not even for gargle. Today we visited the surgery. got literally disappointed. Ailing mother has to learn sign language which is definitely unfair.

Now a days, they do not give prescriptions to patients. Just sending back the patients telling the patient to suffer four weeks time. Will they treat their own wife or family members like this to bear sufferings for four weeks. Please note this point.
