"Transferred to a better surgey now."

About: Pelc Havering Hw OOH

I have just received a reply from this surgery for a complaint that I posted 6 months ago, this just about sums up the service that I've had, to say that it was hopeless is being polite.

My list of complaints are as follows: lost x-ray- no explanation or apology.

Given form for wrong x- ray by reception (telling me to repeat the one that I had previously)- no apology from surgery.

Multiple spoiled blood tests- told that they congealed due to no refrigeration.

Incorrect diagnosis for COPD- no explanation or apology.

After showing one doctor my deformed fingers/hands I was told that "it could be anything" so I searched on Google and found out that it was Dupuytren's contracture.

Seen by so many different doctors that I lost count and got tired of using up most of my appointment time explaining my history from square one each time.

Being told when I had multiple problems (which may, or may not have been symptoms of the same problem) "sorry, we can only address one problem per visit, if you have another problem you need to book another appointment"

I got threatening letters about parking fines even after entering my details into the machine at reception.

As I have stated in previous complaints, none of this is directed at any particular member of staff, I have previously stated that I think the service is stretched to breaking point but I have now been advised that this is not the case so it must be down to bad administration. There also seems to be a lack of communication between different departments at times.

I am just glad that I have now transferred to a better run surgery.
