"I couldn't get an appointment for my son"

(as a parent/guardian),

I couldn’t get an appointment for my son who has been lethargic and has some other issues. I asked to speak with the practice manager Judy and explained my concern.   She was amazing and kind and helpful and managed to fit him in, the quick response was brilliant.  Judy has always gone way above to help patients.
