Was my first experience ever getting surgery and david & doreen had made me feel so relaxed, I didnt know I was getting a cyst removed I thought it was just a check up so I was a bit worried but david was so funny him & doreen put my mind at ease straight away I felt so welcome and just felt like I knew them and got on so well so I would like to thank them for making my experience at minor ops  a fun they were honestly lovely people.

It is great that we were able to relax you after the initial surprise, but it is usually better for everyone if we can get things fixed at one visit instead of wasting your time asking you to return.

Doreen is so welcoming to everyone because otherwise she would only have me to talk to, and she's heard my patter for so long now she must be sick of it; but it is easy to be nice to nice people:)


Hopefully everything is going as planned and you didn't find it too sore when the anaesthetic wore off.
