(as a service user),

I wanted to thank you for your help regarding my drug issues. Its 170 days since my last cigarette and 181 since my last joint of cannabis. Without the workbook you sent me and the kind and encouraging conversations, I would not be in this position. I replay what you said to me on the days when things are pretty bleak. It helps me immensely to continue to stay off everything.
