My wife and I are on a, seemingly, long journey to understand why we haven't conceived yet.
After many tests defined by our GP and a small operation for my wife, we have now finally been referred to the Infertility Clinic.
We were sent a letter on 21st June to book an appointment but, having called the booking line on 21st June, we were told to wait for a pack to arrive that could take up to six weeks - when asked what this pack is, the lady said didn't know.
So we wait for this pack, not knowing what it is or what our next steps are.
At a time when we could really use some clarification on the process and a timeframe for how things will take to move along, we find ourselves, as we have been throughout the last year, still in the dark.
Please could this be made more clear - we face the frustration every day of what may or may not happen and a clear understanding of the process may go some way to helping.
"Lack of communication and long waiting"
