No support with a leg ulcer which required dressing three times weekly- was told to sit in a and e with my elderly Mum for this! The Nurse was on annual leave so they couldn’t do anything- had to ring 111 to get support and help - surgery refused- we are complaining formally but terrible service I don’t believe they know what they’re doing
"rude And unhelpful"
