i have been a patient at this practice for over 40 years.
The last year has seen it go from one of the best practices in the city to one of the worst.
No one cares.
Their appointment system caters for no one, totally unmanageable if you work. Its such a shame and quite alarming I dread to think what would happen if I was really ill. The last dr I saw could barely speak English.
