I am forced to say the surprise i got reading other reviews, this is the best surgery i have ever had, i have been with Victoria medical for a few years now, i have got a few medical problems,Rhumatoid arthritis, spinal problems, chest problems just to name a few, when you phone up there so lovely very helpful, they do ask a few questions more so with the nurses, just so they can point you to the right nurse, which i do understand and welcome,it would be a wasted appointment if i saw the wrong one, i have had bad chest infections and got appointment the same day, yes it does take a bit of time to get through on the phone, yes i have had to keep dialing, i just see that there very busy, but i have always got there in the end, i have just had a knee replacement, had to get a doctor to visit, she was amazing, as i have always found them all to be, nothing as ever been too much trouble,i have always felt cared for, the treat you with respect, nothing as ever been too much trouble, i appreciate everything they have all done for me and always will.
