Friday 12th July general anaesthetic uteroscopy to remove polyp in Plane Tree Centre at Whipps Cross. A confident,, articulate sister kept patients informed and made us feel cared for. All members of staff - nurses, registrars, nurse assistants and sisters treated me as an individual, used humour appropriately, were aware of my emotional and physical well being and were efficient and timely. They worked well together as a team. The clear lines of communication instilled confidence in me (and I was a bit nervous to begin with!) The surgeons came to see me after I woke up to explain what they had done and to discuss after care etc. The sister who discharged me was polite and informative and showed that she cared.
What a brilliant service. Is there way to pass on many thanks to the team?
"Brilliant staff"
