"Honestly awful"

Avoid at all costs.This surgery needs some serious work. The amount of time it takes to get an appointment is beyond ridiculous, not to mention the waiting time once you get there.I was promised a call back by the Nurse yesterday morning, after that didn''t happen I called to be told she was not in yet but would call me in the afternoon, which obviously did not happen either. Called back today and got told I would have to call back Monday for a telephone appointment, receptionist was rude and unhelpful, even when I stressed the urgency of the situation. I would give 1 stars for everything, however, the Doctors and Nurses themselves are actually good and kind. It's a shame the booking system and reception lets the surgery down.
