"A well oiled machine"

I went for an endoscopy, and although I had had one before, I was still nervous. The staff in the endoscopy unit could not have been nicer. They put me at ease, made sure I understood everything, also made sure I was comfortable. 

The lady who did the endoscopy was wonderful and also put me at ease. She made everything personal, instead of some that make it seem like a factory. She explained everything she was going to do, asked if I had any questions and was there anything they could do to make it better for me. The whole team worked very well together, just like a well oiled machine. Unfortunately, Yvonne, the lady who did the endoscopy, said she had to reschedule it because my tummy had not emptied. I sure do hope it is her that does the next one! I would not hesitate to recommend that department. They are terrific.
