"Fast excellent care for an elderly lady"

We took my elderly aunt here after she fell and cut her hand at the North Terminal at LGW on 8th July, causing her to miss her mid-day flight to Amsterdam. My aunt was given excellent care by a wonderful medic, who sutured her hand and was most kind and professional at all times. He kindly ensured she went away with adequate bandages for the rest of her holiday. He also came to our rescue later in the day, when EasyJet demanded a Fitness to Fly certificate in order to reschedule my aunt on a later flight that evening, even though this was totally unnecessary for the injury my aunt had sustained. However, thanks to him, a letter was typed up for me to collect and satisfy EasyJet's request so that my aunt flew out to Amsterdam after all
