"Attending the children's hospital"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Orthopaedics (Ward 3C)

(as a service user),

My son fell off his bike and had a significant laceration across his knee.   From the ambulance service to accident and emergency team and then to ward 1a staff and the orthopedic team, he was so well looked after.   The staff could not have been more attentive and caring and thorough. I feel so grateful we have the NHS. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Dear MairiCatherine,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback, our teams will be so pleased to hear how valued their services are.

It must have been a truly scary experience for your son, and for you, his family and I am delighted you were cared for with such attention and compassion throughout that time.

I hope your son continues to get better.

Best wishes

Coral
