"Cardio - heart monitor - EKG team"

This support was conducted over the phone not on site. Outstanding support! We called to locate a report following a 24-hour monitor. The member of staff was in the middle of fitting another patient during clinic. She cheerfully took details and found the information, quickly realised the report was with our GP and took immediate action to contact cardio at Guys and by doing so avoided an unnecessary trip by my wife to London. Not only that she called us back to explain what she had done including taking the initiative to copy the report and forward it in the mail to the cardio consultant at Guys. All the while she was cheerful, a delight to work with and really has patient care "front and centre". Yet another really positive experience with RSH - well done and thank you.
