"Worst emergency centre ever"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

Went to emergency centre last night at 8pm with a severe backache and just kept on waiting and waiting until 1.30am, after which I decide to quit and go home again with my backache. Useless service and waste of time. Will never go again. Receptionists are not helpful at all. If you ask them about the waiting time, they reply we don't know. Wasted 5.5 hrs. It's a shame
