My wife visits the surgery fairly regularly as she has type 2 diabetes and has always been treated professionally and sympathetically by all staff (receptionists, nurses and doctors). Today I had a consultation with the doctor about my hip problem, and was most impressed with his understanding of my problem and his positive action to provide a remedy. The competence of the medical staff may sometimes be taken for granted, but they always seem to care. The receptionists, who must often have a stressful time, are invariably courteous and helpful.
