"Excellent drs & Nurses & Midwifes"

I have been with this practice since 2005 and have had 2 children one of which has special needs and I must say I am dreading leaving them after moving home outside of Coventry and finding anyone near as good as this surgery is. My children have all had their injections with the nurse who is excellent and especially good with my autistic 8 yr old making exceptions to make him feel at ease. When calling if there are no appts available the receptionists will always endeavour to try and squeeze my boys in or find other ways of assisting even opening up for me when they had just closed to let me pick prescriptions . The midwifes have always been very helpful through 2 difficult pregnancies and picked up problems very early. One particular doctor has been especially helpful and understanding after having a difficult few years myself ...writing a letter to support my son's ehcp which was excepted (i am sure wouldn't of been if it hadn't been for the extra support letters)...arranging to get my son a prescription with out an appt after having severe hay fever and although no appt's were available we had a consultation over the phone which was very convenient for me working full time and thus putting less strain on walk-in centre & a&e and even called the following day to check if all was ok.
