"Really bad experience today"

Went in today for emergency appointment for depression, and to hand a form in to be filled in. Very nice people but he filled in the form but didn't talk about the depression. Might have been my fault for not explaining properly how I felt

I was advised to contact the drs today by a helpline.

Then I got told off for coming in as emergency, and to book an appointment, which one can never do anyway, and I have another issue that 111 said need to be seen urgently, and so I go to reception, who say, surprise surprise, there are no appointments!!

I said the dr said I should make one and if I cant then what do they expect me to do? So she found kne for 2 weeks time. Well if I'm still about, I'll go.
