"Poor services"

I am 37 weeks pregnant contacted the practice today to book a telephone consultation because I am very unwell suffering with heartburn and hayfever was told a dr would call me back between 2.00pm and 6.00pm, had not heard anything at 5.55pm rang practice to check a doctor will be calling me to be told that the dr had left for the day and left me a note to bring urine sample, I have already provided one to my midwife yesterday and I said it was clear, appalling service the doctor could of at least called me back as promised. The receptionist told me to ring 111 so I did to be told that there should a be dr available at my surgery until 6.30pm and I should ring back then. Total waste of time.
