"AE Department"

My day started with a call to 111 as couldn't get to see my Doctor and was told to ring 111 after speaking to them they organized Ambulance to take me to the Hospital was checked over and will have to return for more tests at a later date so from the initial call to 111 I was taken to the hospital by a excellent Ambulance crew then dealt with by a Professional team of Nurses & Doctors at AE department

I cant thank them enough . Thank You for a excellent service all-round
