"GO ELSEWHERE - YOU WIL NOT GET TREATED HERE!!"

I've been with this surgery since I was a child (some 45+ years) and I am so frustrated with the lack of service!

I do not go to the Drs very often, the occasional bout of shingles or sciatica, but every time I try to get in to see a Dr (and its usually because its a last resort) I struggle to get past reception.

I work away from home - so trying to organise an appointment for either a Monday morning before I set off - of a Friday when I can take a days unpaid leave to get in is a real struggle.

I have called this time as I have acute laryngitis(I think - I cant' see the Dr to get this confirmed but according to 111 and pharmacist this is why I have had no voice for 6 weeks now - 111 says - see your Dr, Pharmacist says see your Dr - my Drs however are not available, unless I call on the day when a paramedic will deem me worthy of seeing my Dr!!!

WAKE UP OAKSIDE - I AM WORRIED THAT THIS IS CANCER - DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND PATIENT CONCERNS AND STRESSES???? PS below it asks when I last visited the surgery - and it would be 2018 probably cos I couldn't get in the last time I needed a Dr - the paramedic gave me painkillers over the phone for my sciatica!
