(as a parent/guardian),

My son was admitted to A&E early hours one with breathing difficulties. 

I would like to say that our entire experience from fast response and paramedics, to arriving at A&E with a team of people waiting to work on him and subsequent transfer to a ward, was truly amazing.  I cannot believe how many medics were on hand to deal with my son if his condition deteriorated. Everyone, from porters and cleaning staff to nurses and doctors were amazing.

I am truly humbled and incredibly appreciative for everything they did and, thankfully, he is now on the mend.

Our staff work hard to try to ensure that a patient’s experience while in hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and they are always considerably heartened and motivated on learning how much their efforts have been appreciated.
