"Outstanding care and respect"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital / General surgery

I have recently had total knee replacement surgery at the Peter Smith Surgery Centre.

From my initial appointment through to discharge and beyond, I was looked after by very caring hospital staff who did their utmost to make me feel safe.

It made my stay in hospital easier and they kept me informed at all times of procedures they were doing, kept check of my pain levels and made sure I was comfortable.

Although they were all extremely busy they never made me feel that they didn't have time to help.

My surgeon was so professional and supportive visiting me throughout my stay and reassuring my husband.

I cannot praise everyone enough.
