"90% of staff I felt fine with"

About: Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit

(as a service user),

All patients and staff interact well.

90% of staff I felt fine with but there was 10% where I felt uncomfortable. Other than that the staff have been polite, respectful and willing to help.

Improvements could be the food choices.

Thanks for this helpful feedback about your experience in Arnold Lodge. I note what you say about staff. I wonder if there is a member of staff - perhaps your named nurse - to whom you could talk about the feelings of discomfort with with a minority of staff. This might be something that could be addressed.

Thank you for you feedback. As Peter says, it may help to talk to somebody about this and to see if there's some resolution. You could speak with a nurse or member of the clinical team who you feel comfortable with, or someone from the patient advocacy service.
