I was diagnosed with unrelated MS weeks ago. I had a gastroscopy and after all the stuff I had found online, I opted for sedation. From first contact with staff I had a very positive experience, each person - don't ask me for names! - was thoughtful, considerate and kind. Louise at the end was patient, sensitive and thorough - while dealing with other patients at the same time. My experience of endoscopy was 100% good, I had nothing to remember it after except the band aid on my arm and the pleasant thought that the old NHS has not completely gone.
"Thoughtful, considerate, and kind"
