"Thoughtful, considerate, and kind"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with unrelated MS weeks ago. I had a gastroscopy and after all the stuff I had found online, I opted for sedation. From first contact with staff I had a very positive experience, each person - don't ask me for names! - was thoughtful, considerate and kind. Louise at the end was patient, sensitive and thorough - while dealing with other patients at the same time.   My experience of endoscopy was 100% good, I had nothing to remember it after except the band aid on my arm and the pleasant thought that the old NHS has not completely gone.

Dear old NHS is still here,

Thank you so much for writing about your positive experience within Endoscopy. I will make sure that your kind feedback is relayed to all of the staff and in particular Louise. We are so happy that you felt satisfied with your treatment on the day and hope that you are keeping well now

Best Wishes

Carole
