"Gate 36 excellent"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / ENT

Spent a week on gate 36 with some kind of infection in my ear ànd face the staff were helpful and was there to answer any questions you might have had the onky ket down was the food was burnt and the fact that you had to walk right through gate 37 to get to it not good when your not feeling well or you have elderly visitors

It is lovely to read that you felt that the staff were helpful whilst you were on Gate 36 however, it is disappointing to read your comments regarding the standard of the food on the unit.

I will share your comments with Manager as it is important your feedback is shared with the relevant staff.
