About: Heartlands Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I stayed in ward 20 for three days in March. I was extremely happy with the treatment received from the staff members, especially the day staff who helped me immensely. The way the staff conducted themselves, the professionalism and great attitude were something that I had to highlight and thank you for the care.
