I had treatment that was outstanding. Yesterday, I was treated by  Dr. Whiteside. He quickly took over, and was instrumental in getting me exemplary care. Also in his team--was another dedicated and true professional, Ms Lopez had tests done to ascertain my illness.   This was such a extraordinary experience for me, as I also wrote about a nurse who was, as a result of my testimonial---voted the best nurse of the year. It was posted on another site which immediately was seen by a senior manager at Northwick Hospital. And the response was phenomenal. I hope these two members of your staff are given this reference.
