(as a service user),

I had a cardio version treatment here in June 2019. I was very apprehensive beforehand but I need not have worried. All staff were extremely kind and all the patients there that morning on my ward were treated with care and respect. Ward was spotlessly clean and we all got a cup of tea and biscuits after our procedures. The nurses and theatre staff are EXCEPTIONALLY professional and everything was very well-organised. Cannot fault this day unit. 

Just brilliant.
