"Night staff"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

Night staff upset my ill grandmother (80+ yrs old), getting irritated that she called them at night using the alert button and took away her alert button so she couldn't call anyone. In the morning tests revealed she had good reason for calling them over. Very upsetting.

Day staff have been very good.
