"Cataract Surgery"

I was initially seen in February 2019 and was told that surgery would take place before Easter. When I heard nothing after Easter,

I phoned to ask what was happening and was given an appointment in May whilst we were on holiday.

It was then rescheduled for the beginning of June and then cancelled three days before because the surgeon was not available.

I was told I would be top of the list for a new appointment and the following day I was contacted by Circle Bath for an appointment on 21st June. Even though it took a while to wait for surgery once the day came it went extremely smoothly with no complications.

The staff were extremely polite and kept you informed on exactly what was going to happen.

We are pleased that your surgery went well and that you felt you were kept informed throughout the process. We are sorry that your surgery had been cancelled previously. We aim to treat all patients within an 18 week pathway and usually patients are treated well inside this timeframe.
