About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Eastleigh

(as a service user),

Ok to begin with but once it’s acknowledged that your intake is psychological then they cease contact and help stops

Sorry to hear that you feel let down by the service & that there has been a break down in communication. Eastleigh Inclusion runs an open access service so you are more than welcome to attend. My door is always open to listen & support the service users of any issues that arise.

Update posted by Service needs improving (a service user)

I did several times to be told my Keyworker would be contacted via email and be asked to contact me, in addition the lady thing I was told that I’d have an appointment with the Nurse Prescriber, once again nothing
